Deep Sea Mud wrap

better life through de-toxification

Are You Toxic?
Low nervous energy (enervation), stress, irritability, constant aches and pains, insomnia are just some of the signs of toxicity. It is usually manifested first as chronic tiredness and an overall inability of the body to rid itself of accumulated toxins (toxaemia).

This causes fat deposits, the growth of cysts, fibroids and tumours; mucous production (sinusitis), congestion and the impairment of digestion with the onset of food allergies and intolerances; a weakening of the muscles and bones and an overall loss of function and vitality.

The more enervated one becomes the quicker this process accelerates.

You know that toxicity causes these problems because when you detoxify, the body heals itself and the symptoms that constitute disease disappear. Disease therefore can be easily thought of as the accumulation of toxic residue in the body.

What causes toxicity?
In our modern and commercial society, where convenience and ease outweighs any health concerns, foods have been processed and "de-naturalized" beyond our body's recognition. These are not the "living" foods which the body requires to sustain our living systems, but "dead" foods. Apart from not supplying living nutrients, a diet constituted from such foods will cause accumulative toxicity in the body.

We can not build healthy tissues and functioning immune systems on dead foods.

The chemically treated water supplies for drinking, the pollution of the atmosphere and a lack of exercise accounts also for a proportion of our toxic load.

As toxicity rises, the vitality of the organs decrease, cleansing and elimination is impaired and a down hill spiral is initiated that eventually leads to toxaemia (toxic accumulation of waste products at cell level).

How can detoxfication be achieved?
A good diet and re-hydration with pure water (1.5-2 litre/day) are essential factors. Most people who drink tea, coffee and alcohol to quench their thirst will gradually get dehydrated. This eventually adds to the stagnation and hardening of body fluids which in turn impedes detoxification.

Mud Wraps and other forms of hydrotherapy like colon Hydrotherapy and steam baths will help to move this stagnation and re-hydrate the body. To personally aid to the re-hydration and de-toxification of your body it is advisable that you make your own fresh, "live" vegetable and fruit juices. Eat plenty of organic and bio-dynamic fresh, raw fruits, seeds, nuts, vegetables and dairy and abstain from refined, processed and chemicalized foods.

Detoxification by Dead Sea Mud Wraps
Dead Sea Mud Wrap incorporates the use of sea clay which for centuries has been used as an effective treatment for a variety of ailments. People from all over the world have been going to the Dead Sea area to make use of its beneficial properties.

Dead Sea Mud gets its minerals from silting off the volcanic mountain rocks in the desert surroundings. It is high in elements like silica which binds to oxygen.

It has been found to be beneficial to deeper organs and are used to draw toxins out of the body and so encouraging the individual's recuperative powers.

The body is wrapped in elasticated bandages that have been soaked in a warm solution containing natural Dead Sea clay.

These bandages act like a giant sponge drawing out the toxins and impurities from the body whilst cleansing the skin leaving it soft and smooth with an overall feeling of lightness.
