Weight Loss & Fitness

Minimum 7 nights; with a focus on increased fitness and a start on the path to realistic and sustainable weight loss. At Authenticity there is no "boot camp" approach, our aim is for you to strive towards self-management of your health & fitness. Work closely with our Personal Trainer to deliver your desired outcome. A combination of aerobic, resistance and yoga exercise together with a balanced nutritional diet, treatments, supplementation and motivational counseling are included in this program.
