Morning Yoga class, Fit-Ball (on request) Weights and Resistance training & Personal Training sessions are available to all guests.
Make the most out of daily exercises that are beneficial for releasing stored tension or increasing fitness and stamina. The instructors will provide you with information and experience in how to build a healthy body and mind according to your personal needs.
Swimming
Revitalise and exercise by using our salt treated swimming pool or at the beach just ten minutes comfortable walk from the retreat.
Art Classes
Art Classes Relax and unwind - awaken your creative nature with art, watercolours, charcoal and clay.

Bike Riding
Enjoy the magnificent scenery and ocean views along the waterfront cycle track on one of our own hire mountain bikes.
